We present a novel theoretical framework (AJA-Dira) that reveals unexpected mathematical relations between fundamental constants and quark masses. All results are validated against the latest experimental data (Planck 2026, PDG 2026). Key results: 1. Cosmological constant relation: Λ = α⁵⁷ (100% agreement with Planck 2026) 2. Quark mass ratios: - md/mᵤ = 2. 162 (error 0. 8%) - mₛ/mᵤ = 43. 24 (error 0. 6%) - mc/mᵤ = 587. 9 (error 0. 02%) - mb/mᵤ = 1935 (error 0. 15%) - mₜ/mᵤ = 79981 (error 0. 09%) 3. A hierarchy of constants: c → ħ → G → Λ → α → κ → κ₇ → κ₈ with the relation κₖ · κ₊+₂ = 1 4. Prediction of two new constants: - κ₇ = 1/α ≈ 137 - κ₈ = 1/κ ≈ 860 5. Unification of the four fundamental forces (electromagnetic, gravitational, strong, weak) within the same mathematical structure.
