Abstract ABSTRACT: The Finslerian Succession Model of the Hyperverse (F-SMH) provides a comprehensiveresolution to the current crises in physics. By introducing an 11-dimensional informationallattice (The Skeleton) that manifests as 4D reality (The Flesh), we resolve the ”impossible”mature galaxies of JWST, the Hubble Tension, and the topological immunity of Anyons. Furthermore, we establish that mass is a manifested frequency (νH), serving as an internalquantum clock that drives the successional evolution of the Hyperverse. KEY UPDATES IN VERSION 4: * Mass-Time Equivalence: Formalization of the mathematical relationship between inertial mass (m) and the 11-dimensional manifold's resonant frequency (νH) through the equation m = (h * νH) / c². * Quantum Clocks: Identification of the top quark as an internal quantum clock, where its extremely short decay time corresponds to a single fundamental pulse of the 11D Succession. * Stellar Anomalies: Application of the F-SMH framework to explain anomalous chemical manifestations in stellar bodies, specifically the isotopic "refreshing" observed in Przybylski's Star (HD 101065), via local 11D Informational Resonance.
