The fifth retentive signature of ψ-Architecture is expressed through the Returning Wind Condition: Δψ(t₀) = lim(t→∞) Δψ(t) This equality states that the present value of structural difference matches its infinite future. It marks the transition of the universe into the Retentive Regime, where structure does not decay but is held by metric memory. This condition emerges when: • the redshift passes the transition boundary z† ≈ 1.7, • the k-plateau becomes scale-invariant, • Ξ-nodes stabilize metric anchoring, • Stilled Heat replaces entropic dissipation. In this regime, Δψ becomes an invariant quantity. The Returning Wind is not motion but retention: a structural fixed point that allows the universe to fold its future back into its present without loss, without decay, and without force.
