Land reform in East African societies has been a contentious issue due to historical injustices and ongoing socioeconomic disparities. This article employs a multidisciplinary approach integrating historical analysis, sociological theories, and econometric models to explore the impacts of land reform policies. The theoretical framework underscores the complex interplay between policy design, community engagement, and economic outcomes following land reform initiatives.
