Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a crucial catalyst for innovation, reshaping conventional industries via data-informed decision-making, automation, and smart systems. This research explores the function, uses, and effects of AI within the agricultural and industrial fields, concentrating specifically on the Karnataka region. Utilizing a descriptive and analytical research design, the research relies on secondary data obtained from peer-reviewed journals, books, government publications, and credible databases. The literature review emphasizes key AI applications including precision agriculture, crop observation, illness identification, yield forecasting, intelligent irrigation, advanced manufacturing, predictive upkeep, quality assurance, and optimization of supply chains. Results indicate that AI has significantly enhanced productivity, operational efficiency, and sustainability across both sectors. Nonetheless, the uptake of AI is limited by obstacles such as elevated implementation expenses, insufficient digital infrastructure, data constraints, and a shortage of skilled personnel. The research finds that AI has considerable promise for sustainable economic growth and inclusive development, as long as supportive policies, infrastructure investments, and skill development initiatives are established. Suggestions involve enhancing digital infrastructure, encouraging AI education, offering financial rewards, bolstering data systems, and establishing regulatory guidelines to guarantee responsible and inclusive AI implementation
