This study aims to investigate the challenges of employee well-being and the strategies for addressing them in the construction industry. The paper adopts a quantitative approach by administering 200 survey questionnaires to construction professionals, of which 150 were retrieved for analysis using mean and standard deviation with a response rate of 75%. The results show that several challenges are confronting the well-being of employees in the construction industry, especially those operating on sites. Also, the paper identified the strategies for addressing them in the construction industry. The findings of this paper have the potential to guide employers and firms in developing solutions to address the identified challenges, thereby improving insight and understanding of employee well-being issues to enhance efficiency and overall company productivity.
