Resumen

Turpinia arguta, the source of the traditional medicine Shanxiangyuan,is valued for its young leaves exceptional accumulation of ligustroflavone and rhoifoli, yet the genetic basis governing their biosynthesis remains elusive. Here, we present the first chromosome-level genome assembly using PacBio HiFi and HiC technologies.
