The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of using biofeedback (BFB) technologies in optimizing the motor performance of individuals with disabilities engaged in adaptive swimming, based on comprehensive neurofunctional profiling. Research methods and organization. A comprehensive assessment of the participants' functional state was conducted, including electroencephalography and electromyography (hardware-software complex 'Kolibri'), cardiorythmographic analysis ('Valeoscan'), stabilography, and analysis of the kinematic characteristics of movements (MSFit system). Research results and conclusions. Based on the obtained data, five functional profiles of the participants were identified. Biofeedback (BFB) protocols have been implemented, including neuromuscular, respiratory, sensorimotor, and cognitive correction. The use of BFB technologies ensures a multi-level impact on the structure of motor activity. A reduction in dependence on visual cues, improved trunk stability, increased movement symmetry, decreased excessive muscle tension, optimization of autonomic regulation, and the formation of a state of 'calm focus' have been observed. The most pronounced progress was recorded in individuals with initially impaired self-regulation mechanisms. BFB represents an effective tool for developing self-regulation and sensorimotor autonomy. There is a need to develop profile-oriented training programs based on preliminary neurofunctional assessment, which will ensure individualization of the process and improve the quality of life for people with disabilities.
