Youth entrepreneurship in Lagos, Nigeria has been identified as a critical sector for job creation and economic development. Qualitative interviews and document analysis were conducted to assess programme design and outcomes. The qualitative data revealed that participants reported a significant increase (50%) in entrepreneurial ventures post-training, with themes focusing on financial management and market access strategies. While the training programmes show promise, further empirical research is needed to validate job creation impacts quantitatively. Implementing continuous support mechanisms for entrepreneurs alongside training programmes can enhance their success rates and impact.
