Digital literacy skills are increasingly important for educational success in Malian cities where access to technology is growing but digital proficiency remains low. A mixed-methods study combining quantitative pre-post testing with qualitative interviews to assess changes in digital literacy levels and academic performance. Among participants, there was a significant increase of 25% in digital literacy scores post-training compared to baseline, correlating with improved test scores in core subjects. Digital literacy training programmes show promise for enhancing educational outcomes among vulnerable youth in Malian cities. Further research is needed to validate these findings and explore broader impacts.
