Poster created for Cognitive Neuroscience Society (CNS) 2026 Annual Meeting. The Alzheimer's Disease (AD) signature cortical thickness can indicate underlying neurodegenerative processes and predict dementia in cognitively normal individuals. Ineffective pattern separation is hypothesized to underlie episodic memory impairments in AD. This study aimed to investigate how performance on a test of pattern separation is associated with the AD cortical signature in cognitively normal older adults.
