This article presents a clinical case of psoriatic arthritis in a young man, which was initially diagnosed by a general practitioner and subsequently successfully treated by rheumatologists in a regional center. It describes the complex diagnostic process, including the specificity of symptoms, the challenges faced by patients, and the chosen treatment approach and its impact on the course of the disease. An example of successful interaction between different levels of medical care and specialized specialists is provided, as well as an example of positive dynamics in the management of such patients.
