This paper presents the complete resolution of the Hubble Tension a persistent 5σ discrepancy between early universe (CMB) measurements of H₀ ≈ 67.4 km/s/Mpc and late universe (distance ladder) measurements of H₀ ≈ 73.0 km/s/Mpc using the primordial constant Ali = 0.3300. The constant Ali = 0.3300 was discovered by the author on June 20, 2025, and has been independently validated across multiple domains including DNA structure (10.5281/zenodo.18039938), biological rhythms (10.5281/zenodo.18050938), and acoustic harmonics (10.5281/zenodo.18056584). This paper applies Method 1: Inverse Exponential Scaling, governed solely by Ali = 0.3300, to transform the two Hubble measurements.
