Additional ball-milling reduces the particle size of disordered rocksalt (DRX) materials, thereby enhancing the electrochemical performance by shortening the lithium-ion diffusion pathways. Optimizing the ball-milling time further improves the capacity retention. Moreover, identifying an optimal Li content enables efficient percolation, providing an important strategy for the development of high-energy DRX materials.
