党建引领高校电子商务专业产教融合的赋能路径与机制创新研究

大在数字经济与高等教育转型背景下，党建引领成为推动高校电子商务专业产教深度融合的核心动力。本文以 理论逻辑——现状分析——案例实践——机制构建 为研究主线，系统剖析党建引领电商专业产教融合的内在机理，结合广州工商学院商学院的实践案例，提炼党建链——专业链——产业链三链融合的特色模式，并构建包含组织协同、人才培养协同、资源共享协同、利益分配协同的多元协同机制。研究表明，党建通过政治引领、组织协调与文化凝聚，为高校电商专业高质量发展提供实践路径。Under the background of the transformation of digital economy and higher education, Party building has become the core driving force to promote the deep integration of production and education of e-commerce major in colleges and universities. This paper takes the theoretical logic-current situation analysis-case practice-mechanism construction as the main line of research, systematically analyzes the internal mechanism of party building leading the integration of production and education in e-commerce specialty, and combines the practical case of Business School of Guangzhou Technology and Business University to refine the party building chain-specialty chain-industrial chain. The characteristic model of the three-chain integration of the chain, and the construction of a multi-coordination mechanism that includes organizational coordination, talent training coordination, resource sharing coordination, and benefit distribution coordination. The research shows that party building provides a practical path for the high-quality development of e-commerce majors in colleges and universities through political guidance, organizational coordination and cultural cohesion.
