農業やワイン生産は地球温暖化の温暖化を強く受けるセクターである。国際的にも，旧世界のワイン産地では急速な対応に迫られている。同時に，温室効果ガス（Greenhouse Gas，GHG）の排出削減や土壌の炭素固定の機能にも注目が集まっている。そこで本稿では，地球温暖化をめぐる国際的な動き，日本の対応，ならびに，日本のワイン生産におけるカーボンニュートラルに向けた今後の展望について解説いただいた。
