Abstract

農業やワイン生産は地球温暖化の温暖化を強く受けるセクターである。国際的にも,旧世界のワイン産地では急速な対応に迫られている。同時に,温室効果ガス(Greenhouse Gas,GHG)の排出削減や土壌の炭素固定の機能にも注目が集まっている。そこで本稿では,地球温暖化をめぐる国際的な動き,日本の対応,ならびに,日本のワイン生産におけるカーボンニュートラルに向けた今後の展望について解説いただいた。
