AbstractGemination is an uncommon dental developmental anomaly where a single tooth germ partially divides, resulting in an enlarged crown, often with one or more pulp canals.Case PresentationA rare case of a geminated maxillary primary right lateral incisor displaying two distinct pulp canals in a four-year-old boy. The patient reported pain in the upper front tooth region. Clinical and radiographic evaluation revealed a severely decayed geminated tooth, characterized by deep developmental grooves leading to pulpal involvement.ManagementPulpectomy was performed successfully, and both canals were obturated with zinc oxide eugenol paste, followed by composite restoration.
