Baicalein inhibits the progression of thyroid cancer by suppressing the TPL2/MEK2/ERK2 pathway

Inhibition of the tpl2/mek2/erk2 pathway represents a critical mechanism of cancer progression.
Baicalein significantly suppresses this pathway, promoting potential therapeutic applications in thyroid cancer treatment.
This analysis suggests baicalein could be a promising option for managing papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC).
Further exploration is needed to validate these findings and determine clinical efficacy for thyroid cancer patients.

It was concluded it could be served as a promising therapeutic strategy for the treatment of PTC.
