The transportation sector, accounting for a considerable share of global greenhouse gas emissions, has become a area of focus in the fight against climate change and the pursuit of sustainable development. This research examines consumer preferences and attitudes toward integrating electric vehicles (EVs) into ride-sharing services market, with a specific focus on the Bolt company in Žilina, Slovakia. The findings indicate strong public interest in sustainable transportation options, with environmental benefits identified as a key motivator. By knowing an environmental awareness of the customers, the entrepreneurs, urban planners and policymakers can be motivated to foster the integration of EVs into the various transport systems greatest extent possible.
