This work derives the SAN Universal Energy Constant (KSAN) within the framework of SAN Energy Science, an energy-centric theoretical approach that treats energy as fundamental and matter as its rested form. A universal proportionality relation between energy and mass, KSAN = E/m, is established. Using experimentally measured electron rest mass and rest energy values, the numerical evaluation gives KSAN ≈ 9 × 10¹6 J/kg, which numerically equals c². This result provides a deeper physical interpretation of mass–energy equivalence based on SAN Energy Science
