AbstractThis document presents the final specification (v13. 3) of "The Universe Engine" — a discrete, computationally optimal Unified Field Theory. The theory demonstrates that all observable physical phenomena, including General Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, the Standard Model, and Cosmology, emerge naturally from integer arithmetic operations on a 4D simplicial lattice (600-cell tessellation). "The Universe Engine" derives physics from a single "Fundamental Invariant" (Lₜotal = constant) and a "Principle of Economy. " This version (v13. 3) is the definitive release, containing the complete set of axioms, algorithms, and geometric derivations necessary to reproduce the known Universe without external parameters or additional entities (such as "dark matter, " "dark energy, " "virtual photons, " "strings, " or extra dimensions). Evolution of the Theory: From Intuition to ComputationThis work is the culmination of an intensive research sprint involving recursive dialogue with advanced AI systems. The theory has undergone significant evolution, as evidenced by previous versions published on Zenodo. Complete Unification: v13. 3 explicitly derives the Strong and Weak nuclear forces (SU (3) and SU (2) ), gravity, and electromagnetism as emergent lattice stresses, which were absent in v12.
