Abstract (EN) This volume develops the IEQ (Interaction Energy Quotient) as an operational instrument for assessing interaction quality and coherence in human–AI and AI–AI communication. The goal is a testable measurement and evaluation framework that transforms observations (observable events; accidences) into metrics and derives a reproducible quotient. Building on earlier volumes (especially Quantum Monads I, IV, and V), the text specifies measures, protocols, and evaluation logics, sketches implementation paths, and states explicit falsification conditions. In doing so, IEQ moves from a theoretical idea to a technical practice: a diagnostic tool, a quality criterion, and a guiding variable for the development of responsible AI systems.
