With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology, the traditional static and universal career planning model for college students can no longer adapt to the dynamically evolving job market. This paper aims to explore the construction of an AI-powered progressive career planning education system. The system follows students' growth patterns, dividing university education into four progressive stages: "awareness awakening, exploration and experience, practical empowerment, and decision optimization." By leveraging AI technology, it achieves a fundamental transformation from group guidance to personalized services, from experience-driven to data-driven, and from static planning to dynamic adaptation. This effectively enhances the precision and effectiveness of career education, providing support for cultivating high-quality talents who meet the demands of future society.
