Reader’s note: New readers are encouraged to begin with Part 0 , Chapter 4 (“Architecture of the Series and Reader Orientation ”), which provides a brief overview and orientation to the Framework. Links to Preprints are listed in Part 0, Chapter 5 (“Publication and Citation Record”) This preprint constitutes the sixth installment of the Wittenberg Framework series and addresses the conceptual and methodological design of a validation architecture for non-metric, axis-based governance models. Rather than presenting empirical validation results, the paper develops a structured validation logic, specifies its scope and boundary conditions, and situates the framework within established traditions of qualitative, normative, and comparative analysis. The primary aim of this contribution is to articulate and document the validation design at a conceptual level, thereby establishing a transparent methodological foundation for subsequent doctoral-level validation work. It is intended to support future empirical, comparative, or interdisciplinary studies without anticipating their execution or outcomes. Version 1.0 (2025-12-17): Initial Version Version 2.0 (2026-01-28): Terminology updated
