The digitalization of strategic management analysis represents a key transformation for firms in the European Union (EU), integrating technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing and big data analytics to improve real-time access to data, predictive analytics and decision-making agility. Recent research, including the EU Digital Decade 2025 report, highlights a significant gap in the adoption of these technologies between the US (60% cloud, massive AI adoption) and the EU (41% cloud, low investment in AI), which affects European IT productivity (1.7% annually vs. 3.5% in the US).
