My dear colleagues of the Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists (ISA), Warm greetings from ISA National Headquarters! It gives me great pleasure to extend my heartfelt greetings to all members of the ISA on the occasion of the release of the Northern Supplement of the Indian Journal of Anaesthesia (IJA). This edition reflects not only the scholarly depth and clinical acumen of our colleagues in the Northern Zone but also their enduring commitment to advancing the art and science of anaesthesia. The IJA continues to stand as a beacon of academic integrity, and with the introduction of zonal supplements, we are witnessing a significant broadening of our publication horizon. These regionally focussed editions offer a vibrant platform for showcasing diverse clinical experiences, innovative practices, and the voices of early-career researchers who represent the future of our speciality. I extend my sincere appreciation to the Editor-in-Chief of IJA, the Zonal Editorial Board, reviewers, and all contributors for their perseverance and dedication.
