Airfield pavement renovation requires access to a dynamic integrated quality information repository in real time to meet deadlines and quality targets 1-2. Given the large number of stakeholders involved, reports generated in different formats, the complexity of the construction management and consequences of the delays caused, having a BIM use for Construction Quality Control Management (CQCM) integrated in the BIM Execution Plans highly desirable 3. With the support and knowledge of the activities carried out in a real construction site, a construction quality management plan, the CQCM to be integrated in the Verification Model of the BIM Execution Plan, is proposed. A brief analysis of the work being carried out and the quality plan approved and the testing plan will be made. Measures will be proposed in order to have a better control of the work, and to optimize the planning time that this entails. This study attempts to integrate a dynamic database of test measurements in quality control with the use of BIM for CQCM. This will be an objective and effective guide to make decisions about the different activities involved in the construction and quality control phase. It will also be possible to monitor and promote the planning, manage the documentation required for each of the scheduled tasks and support the feedback process between them 4. With BIM implementation in airfield management renovation, an important step to reach a smart construction management is initiated.
