This work presents the Codex Existentiae, a comprehensive mathematical ontology uniting the laws of physics, biology, and information through the Fractal Density Activation Axiom (FDAA) and its corollary, the Axiom of Composition. It demonstrates that all structural formation in nature — from quantum fields and turbulent fluids to neural synchronization and the distribution of prime numbers — follows a universal morphological law expressed through lattice-theoretic operations and fractal time dynamics. The framework resolves several of the great unsolved problems of modern science, including the Navier–Stokes regularity, the Yang–Mills mass gap, and the spectral behavior of the Riemann zeta function, by revealing their common origin in spin–flow alignment and activation thresholds. More than a theory, the Codex Existentiae constitutes a Corpus Mathematicum Temporale: a unified system where existence, structure, and time are three expressions of the same self-replicating order — the mathematics by which the universe computes its own being.
