Borsa İstanbul (Bist) Bilişim Endeksinde Yer Alan Şirketlerin Finansal Performansının Mabac Yöntemi İle Analizi

The information technology (IT) sector plays a significant role in the economic development of countries and in enhancing the competitiveness of businesses. Therefore, accurately analyzing the performance of the IT sector, identifying its weaknesses and deficiencies, and improving its financial performance are key factors in boosting both the sector's and the national economy's overall performance. This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of IT companies listed on Borsa Istanbul (BIST) between 2019 and 2021. To achieve this goal, data from 22 IT companies listed on BIST were used, and 13 financial ratios were selected as criteria. These criteria were weighted using the Entropy method, and the performance of the companies was analyzed through the MABAC method. The analysis revealed that the company with the highest financial performance was Link Bilgisayar Sistemleri Yazılımı ve Donanımı Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (LINK), while the company with the lowest financial performance was Smart Dönüşüm Teknoloji A.Ş. (SMART)
