Coexistence of optic pit maculopathy, segmental aplasia of the optic disc, and choroidal conus

Optical coherence tomography Fig. 1c and d—OCT image demonstrated segmental temporal hypoplasia of the optic disc, the optic disc pit, and choroidal conus with pit maculopathy.1–3 In view of the good visual acuity, she was managed conservatively. At the 3-month follow-up, the maculopathy showed signs of resolution, and the BCVA remained stable at 20/30.
