Pediatric patients with non-SARS-CoV-2 respiratory tract infections (RTIs) in Taiwan during the pandemic
Occurrence of viral co-detections
Rhinovirus and HBoV are frequently co-detected in pediatric non-SARS-CoV-2 respiratory tract infections during the pandemic in Taiwan.
Our study demonstrates the occurrence of viral co-detections in pediatric patients with non-SARS-CoV-2 RTIs during the pandemic. The frequent detection of rhinovirus and HBoV warrants further investigation into their clinical significance in Taiwanese children with RTIs.
