Abstract

Migration intention among Nigerian nurses is nearly universal, driven by inadequate remuneration, staffing shortages, and sociopolitical instability. Strengthening pay structures, staffing adequacy, and national stability are essential to mitigate workforce depletion and align with global ethical recruitment standards.
