A method is proposed for quantifying the thesaurus potential of a production system in the logic of Industry 5.0. Based on the dynamic industry ontology W(t), knowledge coverage indicators by personnel and the digital circuit, as well as the human–AI consistency coefficient, are calculated. Based on the integral indicator T (t), the diagnosis of intellectual gaps and the selection of measures to increase the thesaurus potential of the production system are carried out.
