The aim is to establish a standardized classification for incidental findings in polytrauma cases.
Proposed a classification system for incidental findings in WBCT scans.
Categorized findings into 5 distinct categories labeled IF-RADS 1-5.
Analyzed the occurrence of incidental findings alongside trauma-related findings.
Identified that incidental findings are as prevalent as trauma-related findings.
Introduced five categories to systematically classify incidental findings.
Abstract
In polytrauma, IFs are as common as trauma-related findings. There is a need for standardized classification. For IFs in WBCT scans, we propose a classification into 5 categories, labeled as IF-RADS 1-5.
