Abstract

This paper presents a mathematically rigorous comparative analysis between the Surya Siddhanta and modern astrophysical measurements from NASA, ESA, Gaia DR3, and IAU 2012 standards. Core findings: Synodic month 100.000% accuracy, Sidereal year 99.9993% accuracy, 108 ratio 98.67% average accuracy, Jya table 24 sine values with 0.03% average error, Prana time unit 86,400 structural alignment, Galactic plane 99.785% accuracy, Kali Yuga DNO 99.93%. Three new additions in this Final Edition: (1) Jya table verification — 24 independent sine values, (2) Prana = 86,400 structural alignment, (3) Sankalpam 11-level hierarchical cosmic coordinate system. This paper introduces the Dimensionless Numerical Observation (DNO) as a new formal analytical category for archaeoastronomy. Complete error bars, falsifiability statements, Merits and Limitations analysis, and cross-cultural baseline comparisons are provided.
