This study titled “A Study of Customer Satisfaction towards Digital Marketing in Coimbatore City” examines the level of satisfaction among customers regarding digital marketing activities carried out by businesses. In today’s competitive environment, digital marketing has become an essential promotional tool due to the rapid growth of internet usage, smartphones, and social media platforms. Businesses increasingly use digital channels such as social media, search engines, websites, email marketing, and mobile applications to promote their products and services. Understanding customer satisfaction towards these digital efforts is important for business success and long-term growth. The study adopts a descriptive research design and is based on primary data collected from respondents in Coimbatore City through a structured questionnaire. Relevant secondary data were also gathered from journals, books, and websites. The collected data were analyzed using percentage analysis and simple statistical tools to interpret customer opinions. The study aims to measure awareness, satisfaction levels, and key factors influencing purchase decisions. The findings reveal that most customers are aware of digital marketing channels and are moderately to highly satisfied. Informative content, personalization, attractive offers, convenience, and quick response significantly influence customer satisfaction and business growth.
