Empirical analysis of the qo- prefix family (706 word types, 4,744 tokens) in the Voynich manuscript. The medial consonant cluster following qo- encodes dimensional assignment in a coordinate notation system aligned with the void framework's O/R/α axes. Chi-squared test confirms the medial-section association is non-random (χ²=348.40, p=5.24×10⁻⁵⁷). The Astronomical (R-axis) section shows structural exclusion from qo- notation (93% of qo- word types have zero Astronomical tokens), consistent with framework prediction that cyclical responsiveness cannot be expressed in fixed-coordinate notation. Findings replicate within 3% across two independent EVA transliterations (Zandbergen-Landini and Takahashi).
