Abstract

This artifact demonstrates deterministic commit gating in an AI-assisted financial workflow. The example models a budget reallocation scenario in which an AI system proposes a financial change that must pass through explicitly defined responsibility roles before the change can be committed. A RACI responsibility structure is used to illustrate how structural enforcement can ensure that financial state mutations occur only after required authorization conditions are satisfied. This document accompanies a demonstration of CRI-CORE, a deterministic governance kernel designed to enforce structural responsibility constraints at the mutation boundary in AI-assisted workflows. The artifact illustrates how explicit commit authorization can provide verifiable accountability in operational decision systems influenced by AI-generated recommendations.
