This study investigates the impact of stakeholder engagement and women participation on the adoption of CE among MSME in Indonesia. We employed a quantitative methodology with 177 MSME respondent from various sectors. Our data analysing by employ Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling. The findings indicate that stakeholder engagement and woman participation increase CE adoption and enhances the sustainability of MSMEs in three dimensions (economic, environmental, and social) through reduced waste generation, improved resource efficiency, and more responsible production patterns. Moreover, the results contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), by emphasizing the role of social inclusion and stakeholder collaboration in fostering sustainable business transformation.
