This paper presents an analysis of multiple small-angle neutron scattering with account for pseudomagnetic interaction. A kinetic equation is constructed that is valid in the principal order for scattering at a scattering center. It is shown that, with collinear orientation of the initial polarization of neutrons and nuclei, the spin neutron scattering is determined by the average value of the pseudomagnetic nuclear field and field fluctuations lead to neutron depolarization.
