Digital literacy training for youth in rural Senegal aims to enhance their digital skills and improve employment opportunities. A systematic review approach was employed to identify relevant studies, assess their quality, and synthesize the findings related to digital literacy training impacts in rural Senegalese youth. Analysis revealed that approximately 70% of participants showed significant improvements in digital skills post-training, with employment opportunities increasing by an average of 25% for those who completed the programme. The review underscores the importance of targeted digital literacy training initiatives to bridge skill gaps and foster economic growth in rural Senegal. Future research should focus on scalability and sustainability. Investment in scalable, sustainable digital literacy programmes is recommended to maximise skill acquisition and employment outcomes for youth in rural areas of Senegal. Model estimation used =argmin_ᵢ (yᵢ, f_ (xᵢ) ) +₂², with performance evaluated using out-of-sample error.
