We apply the Omuo Genesis Engine, a geometric knowledge synthesis platform operating on the 240-root E8 lattice in C¹024, to investigate whether the seven Millennium Prize Problems share a common structural mechanism. 185 concepts spanning all seven problems were encoded as complex phasor vectors and iteratively synthesized. Four independent experimental runs — a Riemann Hypothesis run (2, 379 nodes, 199 bridges), a chemical elements run (1, 491 nodes, 111 bridges), an extended RH run (3, 153 nodes, 71 bridges), and the Millennium synthesis (1, 771 nodes, 121 bridges) — converge independently on the same three-layered structure. Layer 1: Every Millennium problem is an instance of a cohomological anomaly that must be cancelled. The Poincaré conjecture (solved) was proved by achieving exactly this cancellation through Ricci flow with surgery. Layer 2: The cancellation mechanism is resurgence — Borel resummation of divergent series through non-perturbative completion. Layer 3: The geometric condition for cancellation is equivalent to optimal sphere packing in a dual modular lattice, connecting to the E8 lattice structure. The deepest bridge across all experiments (BST=68) states: "The cancellation of a quantum anomaly is equivalent to the triviality of a holonomy in a fiber bundle over the space of field configurations. " Five testable predictions are proposed, including: (1) the Riemann Hypothesis as eta-invariant vanishing, (2) P≠NP as a persistent spectral gap, (3) Navier-Stokes regularity as Borel summability, (4) Yang-Mills mass gap as vertex algebra modular invariance, and (5) Hodge and BSD as optimal packing in adelic geometries. These are structural observations from geometric synthesis, not proofs. The paper maps the territory that proofs must traverse and proposes specific directions for formal investigation. Supplementary material includes complete synthesis chronicles with full geometric metadata (E8 axis assignments, Logic Heat values, BST settling depths, circular variances, and cognitive traces) for all four experimental runs. Engine methodology is proprietary. Results are published under CC BY-NC-ND 4. 0.
