In this issue, the FDA recently approved two menin inhibitors for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia with NPM1 mutations: revumenib and ziftomenib. In addition, the FDA also approved the subcutaneous injection of anti‐CD38 monoclonal antibody daratumumab and hyaluronidase‐fihj for patients with high‐risk smoldering multiple myeloma, and oral TKI sevabertinib is approved for advanced HER2 ‐mutant NSCLC.
