Abstract Integrated esthetic dentistry has evolved significantly in recent years, combining restorative and minimally invasive facial aesthetic procedures to achieve optimal functional and cosmetic outcomes. The association between composite veneers, botulinum toxin, and orofacial harmonization represents a modern interdisciplinary approach that enhances smile aesthetics while also improving facial balance and patient satisfaction. Composite veneers provide a conservative restorative solution capable of correcting color, shape, and minor alignment discrepancies with minimal removal of dental structure. When combined with botulinum toxin therapy, clinicians can address muscular hyperactivity, gingival smile, and dynamic facial wrinkles that may compromise the overall esthetic result. Orofacial harmonization complements dental rehabilitation by improving facial proportions, supporting soft tissues, and promoting harmony between dental structures and facial features. This integrated protocol allows clinicians to treat both dental and facial components simultaneously, resulting in more predictable and natural outcomes. The integration of these procedures demonstrates the importance of a comprehensive esthetic treatment plan that considers dental anatomy, facial musculature, and soft tissue dynamics. As esthetic dentistry continues to expand globally, interdisciplinary approaches such as this play a fundamental role in advancing patient-centered treatment and achieving superior esthetic results.
