This preprint describes the TABLETOP UNIVERSE VIEWER — a browser-based SETI signal visualisation instrument — and documents seven original intellectual contributions arising from its development. The central methodological innovation is transmitter-inversion: designing detection criteria by modelling Earth as the target rather than the receiver. Secondary contributions include π as a self-referential dimensional anchor, a 36-dimensional signal address matrix, spectroscopic colour derivation for molecular identification, a discrete contact-point model of time applied to redshift reversal, cross-chunk recurrence as RFI discrimination, and uniform inter-atomic space weight described by π geometry. The instrument is released as open-source software (single HTML file, no installation required) together with a sample Breakthrough Listen TurboSETI dataset. Developed independently over a three-week period from a blank VPS server by an independent researcher in Whakaki, Wairoa, Aotearoa New Zealand.
