Abstract

This paper develops the fourth physical extension of Kasei-Theory. Physics I introduced the phase structure latent → dec → col, Physics II examined the readable regime, and Physics III argued that readable history produces collapse. The present work considers the regime that follows collapse. Collapse does not signify the destruction of configuration but the limit of readability. Configurations may persist beyond this limit without stabilizing as readable history. This regime is referred to as the col phase. The col phase therefore marks the structural domain in which configuration persists beyond the limits of readable continuation.
