Abstract Health drinks play a significant role in improving nutritional status, enhancing immunity, and promoting overall well-being among different age groups. With increasing consumer awareness and market growth, it is essential to evaluate the effectiveness and consumer perception of health drinks using appropriate statistical tools. This study aims to analyze the nutritional composition, consumer preferences, and health impacts of selected health drinks through statistical techniques. Primary data were collected using structured questionnaires, and secondary data were obtained from product labels and published reports. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize nutritional components such as protein, carbohydrates, fats, and vitamins. Inferential statistical methods including t-tests, ANOVA, chi-square tests, correlation, and regression analysis were applied to examine differences between brands, associations between consumption patterns and health indicators, and factors influencing purchase decisions. The results indicate significant differences in nutritional values among brands and reveal a positive correlation between regular consumption and selected health improvement indicators. Consumer preference was found to be influenced by taste, price, brand image, and perceived health benefits. The study demonstrates that statistical analysis provides a reliable framework for evaluating the quality, effectiveness, and market positioning of health drinks. This research contributes to evidence-based decision-making for consumers, manufacturers, and healthcare professionals and highlights the importance of statistical tools in health-related product evaluation. The research conducted for this project utilized primary sources. Data will vary from individual to individual based on the characteristics of different humans; therefore, qualitative data about individual responses is used for this project. Data collected for each project will be used as a sampling plan and initial survey to determine the type of customers in India who purchase Health Food Drinks (HFDs).
