This paper introduces the Fractal Polyhedral Core Model (FDAMO), which provides a geometric reinterpretation of atomic electron configurations. The model provides a structural framework for describing the regularities of electronic arrangements as governed by octahedral–hexahedral duality. It further elucidates how closed surfaces and annular strata, together with the associated non-dipolar field flux and its consequent internal field load, are formed and structurally organized within the geometric configurations of atomic systems. The present study originated during the author's development of a speculative science-fiction narrative. To ensure that the physical, chemical, and topological aspects of the narrative were grounded in coherent scientific principles, it became necessary to systematize the relevant concepts so as to frame them from a new perspective. The resulting framework ultimately culminated in the preparation of this paper.
