During the production of multilayer samples of high-temperature superconductors (HTS) of the second generation with high critical current values, an increase in the thickness of the superconductor leads to the destruction of the superconducting layer due to growth defects. In this paper, we report on the production of multilayer HTS tapes based on YBaCuO (YBCO) and (Sm/Dy)BaCuO ((Sm/Dy) BCO) at a pulsed laser deposition temperature T = 995°C to reduce the effect of growth defects. The microstructure of the obtained samples was studied using scanning electron microscopy, the thickness of the HTS layers was 2 micrometers. The values of the critical current were determined according to the data of Hall magnetometry at the temperature of liquid nitrogen. The obtained samples are characterized by the uniformity of the critical current distribution along the length and may be promising in the manufacture of current-carrying elements.
