Abstract A forty-year-old woman complained of persistence of shortness of breath (NYHA class II) for the past 15 days and was experiencing fatigue in the past a few years. Clinical examination and chest radiography revealed a case of mitral stenosis. Electrocardiography showed Tachycardia-Bradycardia syndrome. This case underscores the importance of recognizing complex arrhythmias beyond AF in the setting of mitral valve disease, as the management of Tachycardia-Bradycardia Syndrome often requires a nuanced approach involving both rate/rhythm control.
